Conviction for assault with a weapon?
What would be the sentence for a person who attacked a family member with a barbecue tool (the thing used tp pick up the food, i do not know the name) they said it was not an attack with a press weapon.The family are available, but the police has. The perpetrator has absolutely no history of violence and no crime whatsoever.She was also under the influence of alcohol during the act and has a large Alcoholism problem.The victim has only a minor scratch on his arm.
