I am an alcoholic and cannot keep a job. I am now in AA. In Arizona, can I collect disability?
I am 45 years old and cannot deal with the younger More workers. I been drinkin for many years and have health problems such as chronic arthritis, diabetes, and who knows what else. In the construction industry we have to work for years without health insurance so I havent in a Dr. not ever seen. I lost my job because I cannot deal with the younger workers more. Can I Disability to go up again from my alcoholism?
As long as you legit when you prohibit impairment of the work, you can. And since you are 45, thats a bonus. At least when it comes to receiving DB.
