anybody have advice for pancreatitus?
December of last year, actually 05, I was admitted to the emergency room with abdominal pain. I was diagnosed with pancreatitus. I have it from drinking water. she told me to deny my liver and kidneys and my pancreas burst in my pelvis. they said the amount of alcohol I drank was crazy. By the way, I'm only 27 years old. I had a chance of survival at 50% and 3 days in the hospital, and if I do it, they told me I could live a year and a half, if I change my lifestyle. well, I had to drink as they quit smoking for 13 months were 5 months, went on a strict diet and lost 90 pounds. I feel great. although I am beginning to be more lately and my stomach is eating well. what I want to know is how many people know this or someone who has them. How has it affected lives there. and for the better? I know I am not alone, but all classes of treatment I go for alcohol, I'm the only one who had this happen. I want other stories. Thanks
