How can I stop drinking?
As I aged, I liked the buzz in easy. I was mystical and lived in ashrams and yoga had many beautiful Experiences. They warned me when I at the point where I left was that the negative would be even harder to come myself. Kind of like stretching a rubber band. I moved far because I had exceptional ability, and looked and walked away. They were surprised and sad. True to their word that I have fallen into alcoholism, those that may not have been not understand it. My spiritual side has never gone away, and yet a cancer such as alcohol will not let me go. No answers?
